Sergii Koziakov is a Research Leader at BIICL, a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science in the Law School, and an Associate Professor at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in the Institute of International Relations. From 2014 to 2019, he was Chairman of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
